Description

Polyurethane based liquid, waterproof and
for protection aimed, economic elastic liquid
waterproofing product.
It forms an elastic and durable film by curing
with humidity in the air.

ADVANTAGES:
Low cost.
Easy preparation (brush, roll or w it hairless
spray).
When applied, it forms a one-piece
waterproofing layer that does not cause
seams or leaks.
Since it is a pure polyurethane, it can be in
continuous contact with water.
Heat resistance performance in wide
temperature range, is between-40 °C and +
80 °C.
Permeability to water vapor is influential.
Since it has a breathing property, it does not
create moisture accumulation under the
layer.
Even if the waterproofing layer is damaged
in any way, the damaged part can be easily
repaired in a short time.
Resistant to chemicals.

Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
The holes and gaps on the surface, should
be repaired with the repair mortar prepared
by mixing with DAYMAN PAIR PLUS and
DAYMAN EPO MORTAR or DAYMAN
EPO BOND.
Corner joints should be chamfered by series
of DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS with the size of
4×4.
Out corner joints should be broken first and
then chamfered.

Preparation Of The Mixture:
It should be mixed by a medium 400-600
rpm.mixer until having a homogenous
shape.

Application:
The surface should be primed with
AQUAPOL PR 800, AQUAPOL PR WT 801
or a suitable primer.
The application should be done by brush,
trowel or spray,
On the primed surface, the bucket can be
immerse or poured, use brush or roll until
the surface completely covered, apply
minimum two layer.
Apply the second layer after 12 min.24 max.
hours.
Waiting time between the layers is 48 hour.
Used instruments after the application
should be cleaned in 2 hours.

If the weather is rainy or possible rainy days
the application should not be done,
After the application it must be protected
from strong wind, storm and sun in the first
24 hours,
The application should be made on the part
of the structure that comes into contact with
water.
As the product become slowly cured in the
cold weathers, the second coating must be
done when the first coating is completely
becoming dry.
Ensure that the ambient and floor
temperature is between 5 ° C and 30 ° C.

CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
AQUAPOL 810 should be cleaned by
solvent when it wet.
AQUAPOL 810 after become dry should be
cleaned by the mechanical ways.

CONSUME:
Only for one layer, min.: 0,600-0,750 kg/m²
Total theoric consume (for two layer): 1,20 –
2,50 Kg/m²
Total consume should not be more than
0,600 kg/m2 for each layer.

SHELF LIFE:
Shelf life is 12 months.
Should be stored in the dry and cool are,
should be attended to not put under sun or
the area that takes direct sun and should be
protected from the frost.
Do not stack pallets on top of each other, it
should be shipped first in first out.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear work clothes, protective gloves,
glasses and masks should be used during
application.
Do not smoke during the application and
work in a well-ventilated place and away
from naked flames.
Hands and eyes should be protected by
protection equipment.
As cured materials has irritating effect, do
not touch with skin and eyes, in case of any
contact rinse with soap and plenty of water,
in case of any swallow see doctor urgently.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
It should be known that the solvent is
heavier than air, so remember that it will be
on the ground.
