Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
The hole diameter should be 4 mm biger
than the pin diameter that to be anchored.
The hole depth should be roughly 15 times
the hole diameter.
The holes should be cleaned with a brush or
compressed air so that no dust, oil, foreign
matter remains.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
A + B should be combined and mixed by a
400 rpm low speed mixer for a few minutes
until it reaches a homogenous consistency
to make ready the DAYMAN EPO PRO 857
for the application.
Remain parts of the mixing bowl and spread
part of the product should be added in to
mixing.
The mixed product should be transferred to
cleaned bowl when it ready and should remixed.
Pot life of the mixed product is 25°C’de 30
second.
High temperatures will make shorter the pot
life of the mixed product, low temperatures
will make longer.
Application:
Anchor:
After providing the mixture is completed, the
2/3 of the hole is filled.
Iron, etc. to be anchored, rotated into the
hole.
The product should overflow from the
edges.
If not overflowed, the process continue as
adding the product and repeat.
Bonding:
After the full mixture is provided, it is applied
to the surface to be bonded and the bonding
process is performed.
Do not move until fully cured.
Crack Sealing Before Injection:
After the full mixture is achieved, the
cracked surface is applied in such a way
that it closes completely and reaches
maximum strength.
After full cure, the injection process is
started.
