Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
The deep holes and gaps on the surface
should be repaired by DAYMAR REPAIR
PLUS, DAYMAN EPO MORTAR or
DAYMAN BOND EPO.
Corner joints should be chamfered with 4×4
cm size with DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS.
Corners and joints should break and then
chamfered.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
It should be mixed by a medium 400
rpm.mixer until having a homogenous
shape.
Application:
The floor should be thinned with clean water
at a ratio of 1/1 of DAYMAN AQUAFLEX
200 and primed with the mixture that
prepared.
It should be applied by roller or brush or
spraying equipment by pouring on the
primed surface or dipping into the bucket
until the surface become covered.
Application should be started after the
surface become dry.
The surface definitely should be primed.
Each layer should be dry.
The instruments that used during the
application, should be cleaned in 2 hours.
