Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
The deep gaps on the surface should be
repaired by DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS,
DAYMAN EPO MORTAR or DAYMAN
BOND.
Corner joints should be chamfered with
DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS 4×4 cm.
The outer corners must be broken and
chamfered.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
The BITUMEN 303 should be mixed a
medium speed mixer is used for 400-600
rpm. until having a homogeneous mixture.
Application:
The surface to be applied should be primed
with DAYMAN BITUMEN PR solvent-free
bitumen primer and application should be
started after the primer has completely
dried.
The liquid component of the product can be
primed by diluting 1/5.
The material should be distributed with a
suitable brush and applied on horizontal
surfaces without allowing material
accumulation.
Allow the primer to dry and then proceed to
the actual application.
Consumption should be 0.25 kg/m².
Apply at least 2 coats on the prepared
surface with a brush, trowel or spray.
After the first coating, the surface must be
completely dry in order to do second
coating.
The second floor should be perpendicular to
the first floor. Foundation excavation should
not be closed until full drying takes place.
Filling should be done after the coating is
protected with suitable thermal insulation
and drainage plates.
