performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
All cracks and joints in the area to be
injected should be cleaned.
All cracks must be sealed by applying one
of the products DAYMAN BOND 860,
DAYMAN BONDEPO 859, DAYMAN BOND
EPO PRO 857.
The packers (injectors) are placed at an
angle of 45 degrees.
The packers should be installed at a
distance of half the thickness of the
reinforced concrete.
The distance between the packers can be
between 15 cm and 90 cm.
The dust which inside of the holes should
be cleaned.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
Before starting A and B components, should
be mixed 400 rpm in its own pack until they
reach homogeneous consistency.
Application:
The prepared packers is applied by injection
pump.
The application pressure can be vary
between 14-200 bars.
The application should be starter from the
first packer.
It starts with low pressure to high pressure
until the resin overflow.
After the resin overflow should be followed
the next packer.
After this application the work is done.
