DESCRIPTION:
Epoxy based, two component, chemical
resistant, ceramic adhesive joint filler
product.

Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically.
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
If there are segregation, pits and fractures
on the surface, it should be repaired with
the repair mortar prepared by mixing with
DAYMAN BOND EPO PRO857 and CERA
EPO 915, DAYMAN EPO GROUT or
DAYMAN EPO MORTAR the mixed mortar
should be applied at least 24 hour before.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
Before starting A and B components, should
be 400 rpm until they reach homogeneous
consistency.
As Adhesive:
CERA-EPO – 915 joint trowel is applied to
the surface with hard rubber tipped mop in
45 minutes.
The tiles should be placed on the adhesive
as leaving a joint gaps.
In order to get the best result from the
application, the tiles should be placed well
with the rubber hammer and the air should
be out.
Proper application for the thickness is 2
mm.
As Joint Filler:
CERA-EPO – 915 joint trowel is applied to
the surface with hard rubber tipped mop.
All joints should be filled without gaps during
the application, should be applied with
cross-circular movements, all gaps should
be filled.
In order to avoid collapse and cracking in
deep joints, should be done 2-step
application.
Excess materials should be peeled off the
surface in the same way.
After waiting 20-40 minutes, the remaining
products are cleaned with a warm and
soapy sponge and leave the surface as it
beginning.
The application sponge should be changed
frequently.
The residues on the ceramic are cleaned
again with hot soapy water after about 6
hours
Temperature should be between +10 °C
and +30 °C during the application.
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost.
In addition, it should not be applied in
extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
These conditions can make shorter the
working time.
The expired or crusted mortar in the bucket
should not be used and should be disposed
of.
Wash the hands and used instruments with
plenty of the water after the application.
The surface that remained adhesive should
be cleaned by wet rag.
It should prevent from direct water contact
and pedestrian traffic in 24 hours.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN EPO –915 should be cleaned by
water when it wet.
DAYMAN EPO – 915 after become dry
should be cleaned by the mechanical ways.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear work clothes, protective gloves,
glasses and masks should be used during
application.
As it cement based, do not breath and do
not touch with skin and eyes,
Due to the irritating effects of the cured
materials, skin and eyes should not be
contacted, in case of contact with wash
plenty of water and soap, if swallowed seek
medical attention immediately.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
