DESCRIPTION:
Cement based, polymer emulsion
reinforced, two component waterproofing
mortar containing special chemicals.
It has very high elasticity.
High degree of crack bridging.
Adherence is very high.
It adheres perfectly to mineral based
surfaces.
Resistant to temperature differences.

Working time has been extended.

It creates jointless, permanent, moisture
and waterproof layer.
Resistant to chemicals and salt solutions in
the soil.
Water vapor permeable.
Can be applied on damp surface
Provides high resistance to freeze-thaw
cycle.
USAGE AREAS:
In waterproofing of hidden creeks, gutters
and areas under the sun,
In light traffic without covering the terrace
insulation,
Waterproofing of mineral surfaces such as
concrete, plaster, gross concrete and
screed,
On balconies and terraces, under ceramic in
wet areas such as bathroom, toilet, kitchen,
In the waterproofing of horizontal and
vertical surfaces, in the waterproofing of the
positive structures on the soil from the
positive side,
In waterproofing of retaining walls and
curtains,
It is used for waterproofing structures above
and below the ground.
Should not be applied in places where water
is observed from the negative side.

humidity)

Bending Resistant : ≥3,00 N/mm2
Curing Time: 3 – 5 minutes
Having Mechanical Resistant : 2 days
Provides waterproofing : 7 days
Having Last Resistant : 14 days

applications according to drying time
performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically.
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
If there are segregation, pits and fractures
on the surface, should be repaired with the
structure repair mortar DAYMAN LATEX C
which prepared by mixing with DAYMAN
REPAIR PLUS or DAYMAN BOND EPO
and DAYMAN EPO MORTAR.
Iron and wooden wedges on the surface are
removed and active water leakages and
gaps are formed with DAYMAN D-STOP
SPEED required.
Corners and joints should be chamfered by
DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS or D-BAND 120
AR – D-BAND ST.
Before the application the surface should be
moist.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
The liquid component is poured into an
empty and clean bucket, pour slowly the
powder component into the same water
bucket and use 400 rpm.mixer,
Do not add water to the product,
Rest 3-4 minutes to have the mortar.
Before starting the application mix 30
second again.
Application:
The surface to be applied must be wet and
waited until it becomes moist.
Ready product should be applied by roll,
brush and trowel.
It should be applied as 2 -3 time on the
surface.
The application of each layer should be
perpendicular to the previous one.
Should be waited until full dry between the
layers
Protective layer such as screed and ceramic
should be applied on the places which has
traffic load.
The prepared product should be used within
2-3 hours.
The expired mortar should be disposed of.
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+35 °C during the application.
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost.
In addition, it should not be applied in
extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
The product should protected from rain,
frost and negative out conditions till it cured,
The product becomes waterproof after 7
days in 23°C,
This time can be vary depending on the
temperature and moist ratio.
While doing ceramic covers, it advised to
use Dayman ceramic adhesive in order to
provide a complete work.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN D-LASTIC UV – 431 should be
cleaned by water when it wet.
DAYMAN D-LASTIC UV- 431 after become
dry should be cleaned by the mechanical
ways.

2 mm thickness : 3,00 – 3,50 kg/m2.

Component should be stored as +5°C’nin in
case of froze under 0 °C temperature.
Used bags must be closed strictly after use.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear work clothes, protective gloves,
glasses and masks should be used during
application.
As it cement based do not breathe and do
not touch skin and eyes.
As cured materials has irritating effect, do
not touch with skin and eyes, in case of any
contact rinse with soap and plenty of water,
in case of any swallow see doctor urgently.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
