USAGE AREAS:

It has excellent adhesion to galvanized
sheet, painted sheet and many plastic
surfaces.
Suitable for joints and assemblies of
aluminum, PVC and wood joinery.
( 23 °C Temparature and 50 % for relative
humidity)

Density: 1,15 kg/dm³
Break resistant : 6,50 N/mm
Hardness : 25 (Shore A)
Adhesion to Concrete (Without Primer)):
>2,00 N/mm²

performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
Deep gaps on the surfaces should be
repaired by DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS,
DAYMAN EPO MORTAR or DAYMAN
BOND EPO
The surfaces primer should be done by
DAYMAN PU SEAL PR 150 or DAYMAN
PU SEAL PR 160 (suitable one should be
chosen).
Application:
Joints should be limited with suitable joint
sealant.
Adhesion must be prevented in 3 sides.
It is applied in poured form.
Suitable for joints up to 3-5 cm wide.
Joint width and depth ratio should be 2/1
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+30 °C during the application.
Do not apply when it is raining or if it is
possible to rain too.
The first 24 hours after the application,
should be protected from frost, sun and
strong wind.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
Application instrument should be cleaned by
solvent when it wet.
Application instrument after become dry
should be cleaned by the mechanical ways.

§ 1,00 kg / dm³
PACKING:
600 ml- boxes (20 collies.)
SHELF LIFE:
24 months.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear suitable protective clothing, protective
gloves, goggles and mask during
application.
Do not smoke during application and work
in well-ventilated areas away from naked
flames.
Hands and eyes must be protected with
gloves and protective glasses. In case of
contact with material, wash eyes with plenty
of water rinse and consult a doctor
immediately.
No food or beverage should be allowed in
the application area.
Store out of reach of children.
