performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically.
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
If there are segregation, pits and fractures
on the surface, it should be repaired with
the structure repair mortar prepared by
mixing with DAYMAN PAIR PLUS and
DAYMAN LATEX C, the mixed mortar
should be applied at least 24 hour before.
Iron and wooden wedges on the surface are
removed and active water leakages and
gaps are formed with DAYMAN W-STOP
SPEED required.
Corners and joints should be chamfered by
DAYMAN REPAIR PLUS or D-BAND 120
AR – D-BAND ST.
Before the application the surface should be
moist.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
5 lt liquid component is poured into an
empty and clean bucket, pour slowly 25 kg.
powder component into the same water
bucket and use 400 rpm.mixer,
Do not add water to the product,
Rest 3-4 minutes to have the mortar.
Before starting the application mix 30
second again.
Application:
The surface to be applied must be wet and
waited until it becomes moist.
Ready product should be applied by roll,
brush and trowel.
It should be applied as 2 -3 time on the
surface.
The application of each layer should be
perpendicular to the previous one.
Wait at least 6 hours until full drying.
Protective layer such as screed and ceramic
should be applied on the places which has
traffic load.
Ready product must be used in 30 minutes.
The expired mortar should be disposed of.
