DESCRIPTION:
Three component epoxy based, solvent
free, liquid, high resistant, quick set grout
mortar.

performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
The percent of the moist must be under 4 %
before the application.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
Mixed A + B should be poured in a clean
bucket and mixed 2 minutes by low speed
mixer, then add the C component on the
ready mix.Finally use 400-600 rpm mixer
until it reaches a homogenous consistency
to make ready for the application
Application:
The product should poured and applied
with a trowel or spatula.
Thick applications can be applied in 2 -3
layers.
Wait until complete drying between coats.
The prepared product should be used within
20 minutes.
The expired, mixture should not be used
and should be disposed of.
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+35 °C during the application.
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost.
The product should protected from rain,
frost and negative out conditions till it cured.
The time period, can be vary according to
temperature and moist conditions.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN EPO GROUT 858 should be
cleaned by solvent when it wet.
DAYMAN EPO GROUT 858 after become
dry should be cleaned by the mechanical
ways.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
As cured materials has irritating effect, do
not touch with skin and eyes, in case of any
contact rinse with soap and plenty of water,
in case of any swallow see doctor urgently.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
