DESCRIPTION:
It is a two component, low viscosity, closed
cell injection resin that reacts with water.
ADVANTAGES:
It stops the water by reacting with it.
Solvent free.
Easy to apply.
It is resistant to weak acids, microorganisms, alkali and water.
It is flexible and suitable for dilatations.

Foundations.
Veil.
Retaining walls.

applications according to drying time
performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
All cracks and joints in the area to be
injected should be cleaned.
The cracks larger than 3mm should be
covered with suitable repair materials.
The place of the packers is specified
according to region where the leakage
come from.
The packers (injectors) are placed at an
angle of 45 degrees.
The packers should be installed at a
distance of half the thickness of the
reinforced concrete.
The distance between the packers can be
between 15 cm and 90 cm.
The dust which inside of the holes should
be cleaned.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
Before starting A and B components, should
be mixed 400 rpm in its own pack until they
reach homogeneous consistency.
Application:
The prepared packers is applied by injection
pump.
The application pressure can be vary
between 14-200 bars.
The application should be starter from the
first packer.
It starts with low pressure to high pressure
until the resin overflow.
After the resin overflow should be followed
the next packer.
In the injection application, the injected resin
will overflow from the reinforce that has
leakage from the cracks.
After this application the work is done.
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+30 °C during the application.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
CRACK POL WT – 815 should be cleaned
by water when it wet.
CRACK POL WT – 815 after become dry
should be cleaned by the mechanical ways.
CONSUME:
For 1 lt.gap approx. 0,100 kg
PACKING:
A component 7, 50 kg.
B component 0, 750 kg.
COLOR:
Blondish, when it swell yellow.
SHELF LIFE:
1 year from the production date under
proper storage conditions.
CRACK POL WT – 815 should be stored at
temperatures between 5 ° C and 25 ° C
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear suitable protective clothing, protective
gloves, goggles and mask during
application.
Do not smoke during application and work
in well-ventilated areas away from naked
flames.
Hands and eyes must be protected with
gloves and protective glasses. In case of
contact with material, wash eyes with plenty
of water rinse and consult a doctor
immediately.
No food or beverage should be allowed in
the application area.
Store out of reach of children.
