DESCRIPTION:
It is a cement-based, self-leveling screed
that can be applied between 5-50 mm in
one layer, contains hyper-plasticizing
chemical additives that provide easy
spreading.
ADVANTAGES:

Suitable for floors exposed to medium and
intensive traffic.

USAGE AREAS:

performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
If there are segregation, pits and fractures
on the surface, it should be repaired with
the repair mortar prepared by mixing with
DAYMAN PAIR PLUS and DAYMAN
LATEX C, the mixed mortar should be
applied at least 24 hour before.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
5,0-5,50 lit. liquid component is poured into
an empty and clean bucket.
Pour slowly 25 kg.powder into the water
bucket and use 400 rpm.mixer,
Do not add water after,
Rest 3-5 minutes to have the mortar.
Before starting the application mix 30
second again.
Application:
The surface to be applied must be primed
with DAYMAN LEVEL PR 617 as thinning
½.
There is risk of crack if primer is not done.
Pump casting is recommended in large
areas.
The prepared mortar is poured onto the
surface and the mortar is spread
automatically.
The thickness of the self-leveling mortar
should be adjusted with a steel trowel.
Level the surface with a spiked roller to
prevent air bubbles.
Can be walked on 6-8 hours after
application.
The application of second layer should be
done after 3 days..
It is recommended that the process be
completed within 15-20 minutes in order to
maximize the benefit of the product due to
its expansion.
The expired mortar should be disposed of.
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+35 °C during the application.
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost.
In addition, it should not be applied in
extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
The product should protected from rain,
frost and negative out conditions till it cured.
The time period, can be vary according to
temperature and moist conditions.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN D-LEVEL 751 should be cleaned
by water when it wet.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
As it cement based, do not breath and do
not touch with skin and eyes,
Due to the irritating effects of uncured
materials, skin and eyes should not be
contacted, in case of contact with wash
plenty of water and soap, if swallowed seek
medical attention immediately.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
