DESCRIPTION:
Cement based, polymer modified, has high
performance, high strength, resistance to
sudden temperature changes and finegrained repair mortar.

Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
If necessary, the surface should be cleaned
mechanically.
Remove oil, grease, dirt, paint, and salt
desorption from adhesion.
The floor should be moistened before
application, but should not be allowed to
water ponding.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
Pour 6-6,50 liters of clean water into an
empty, clean bucket, and slowly replenish
REPAIR PLUS – 905 and mix with a low
speed mixer at 400 rpm until no lumps
remain.
Allow the mortar to rest for 5-10 minutes to
mature.
Mix again for 30 seconds before application.
Using DAYMAN LATEX – C 502 while
preparing the product will increase the
strength of the product and increase the
abrasion resistance.
Application:
The prepared mortar is applied with suitable
equipment.
Min. 5 mm Max 30 mm thickness should be
applied.
Wait until complete drying between layers.
The prepared product should be used within
2-3 hours.
Expired mortar should be disposed of.
The surface temperature during application
should be between +5 °C and+35 °C,
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost,
The product must be protected from rain,
water, frost and the other external factors
until curing.
This time may vary according to
temperature and humidity.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN REPAIR – 906 – should be
cleaned by water when it wet.
DAYMAN REPAIR 906 – after become dry
should be cleaned by the mechanical ways.

As it cement based, do not breath and do
not touch with skin and eyes,
Due to the irritating effects of uncured
materials, skin and eyes should not be
contacted, in case of contact with wash
plenty of water and soap, if swallowed seek
medical attention immediately.
Food and beverage materials should not be
kept in the application area and should not
be eaten.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
