DESCRIPTION:
Water based, acrylic emulsion based,
exposed concrete primer.
ADVANTAGES:
It increase adherence of the plaster that is
applied on the concrete.
Increases especially the processing time
gypsum plaster and cement.
Easy to apply.
Prevents rapid water loss of plasters.
USAGE AREAS:
Before plaster
Before cement based plaster
Horizontal and vertical surfaces
( 23 °C Temparature and 50 % for relative
humidity)
Application Temperature : +5 – +30 °C
Waste : 0,200 Kg/m²
Color : White-After drying transparent
Drying Time : 1-2 hour
Doing Plaster On : 24 hours

of laboratory tests, just contain finished
applications according to drying time
performance. Due to differences in
temperature and humidity values in the
construction site, the values may change.
Surface Preparation:
The surface; must be cured, dry and
durable. Loose surface mortar and such as
residues should be cleaned and reached
durable surface.
In case of the necessity the surface should
cleaned mechanically.
Oil, grease, dirt, paint, salt and vomiting that
prevent adhesion should be removed.
Preparation Of The Mixture:
ST PRIMER 619 is ready for use – can be
added 4-6 lit. water.
Application:
ST PRIMER 619 can be applied by roller,
brush and suitable spraying equipment.
It should be mixed occasionally during
application.
Temperature should be between +5 °C and
+35 °C during the application.
Do not apply on surfaces that are at risk of
frost.
The product should be protected from rain,
water, frost and negative external factors
until curing.
After the application should prevent from
direct contact with water the first 24 hours.
CLEANING OF INSTRUMENTS:
DAYMAN ST PRIMER – 619 should be
cleaned by water when it wet.
DAYMAN ST PRIMER – 619 after become
dry should be cleaned by the mechanical
ways.

0,200 kg / m².

SHELF LIFE:
1 year from the production date under
proper storage conditions.
The opened pack should be closed tightly.
SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wear suitable protective clothing, protective
gloves, goggles and mask during
application.
Hands and eyes must be protected with
gloves and protective glasses. In case of
contact with material, wash eyes with plenty
of water rinse and consult a doctor
immediately.
No food or beverage should be allowed in
the application area.
Store out of reach of children.
This product packaging must be disposed of
in accordance with applicable laws.
